train station direct access food store drink choice centralised air conditioning hot room smoke smell
The hotel has a direct access to the shinagawa seaside train station on its basement floor, so there's no need to go outside to find the building entrance! the aeon style food store is also super close, it's in the adjacent building. i loved the mix of western and japanese cuisine. Enough drinks to choose from like juice, milk, tee, and coffee.
the ac is centralised, so i couldn't set the temperature myself! the room felt way too hot and not super comfortable. also, even though i booked a non-smoking room, the hotel passage smelled like smoke.

convenient location helpful staff smoke smell poor cleanliness
i stayed at the hotel for three nights i found the location very convenient to access public transport the airport limousine bus stops right outside i could easily travel to haneda airport even with heavy luggage. the staff was polite they answered all my questions helpfully.
the air conditioning seemed centralized i could not adjust the temperature to my liking the room felt too warm i chose a non smoking room yet it smelled of smoke. the cleanliness was not up to my expectations when compared to other hotels i visited it did not feel like the usual standard.

convenient stay near the train
helpful staff comfy bed easy transport
I found the staff really helpful with check-in. the room had enough space for unpacking before my flight. The bed was comfy. The shower worked well. transport links were easy with two metro stations within walking distance. There's also a taxi rank just outside. It was very convenient. i also appreciated the communal lounge area offering nice harbor views.
The centralized ac. I couldn't adjust the temperature as i preferred.

My non-smoking double room included standard amenities such as a television, mini-fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed had quality linens. The closet had ample hanging space. the room size was adequate for a single traveler. it was clean, though the carpet had some stains.

The front desk was staffed 24/7. The staff members were multilingual and offered assistance with directions and reservations. They were able to promptly address my requests. The check-in process was simple. housekeeping services were provided daily between set hours.

The hotel is near shinagawa seaside station and offers direct access to various parts of the city. There are many restaurants. A convenience store is downstairs. aeon mall is a short walk away! though the parking was expensive.

limousine bus polite staff spacious room
The limousine bus to haneda airport stops right outside, this made my departure smooth. the staff were very accommodating and polite. They readily answered all my questions. my superior double room non smoking was quite spacious for one person. but the room was a bit hot.
i noticed some dirt marks on the walls.
